Solid State Hard Drive (SSD) Data Recovery

We are one of the only data recovery labs in the world specializing in SSD (Solid State Drive) hard drives. Most data recovery shops use tools and methods designed for standard hard drives not solid state hard drives, this can further damage the drive. We have developed our own software and hardware solutions specifically for SSD hard drives to read your data directly off the NAND memory chips and reassemble the data.

We are able to recover data from most SSD (Solid State Drive) hard drive failures where the drive is no longer recognized by the computer. This includes SSD failures due to:

• Firmware Corruption
• Endurance Damage
• Controller Failure

SSD hard drives use NAND memory chips to store your data. When a SSD hard drive is not detected by your computer it doesn’t mean your data is lost, the data is still in the NAND memory chips. We can access the data stored in the SSD's NAND memory chips and recover your information.

We are able to recover data from many popular SSD controllers including J-Micron, Intel, IndiLinx, and Samsung. These controllers are used by most Solid State Drive manufactures like OCZ, Western Digital, and Transcend. If your SSD controller isn’t listed don’t worry, we can reverse engineer the design.

Due to the complexity of SSD hard drives we must evaluate the drive failure before we can quote a price for data recovery. Once we evaluate your drive we’ll contact you with the diagnosis and discuss possible recovery options. To send us a SSD hard drive fill out the SSD work order form and include it with your drive. We recommend using a courier service that includes a tracking number (UPS, FEDEX, etc).
