We are able to recover data from OCZ Vertex solid state drives that are undetected in by your computer, only recognized as “YATAPDONG BAREFOOT-ROM”, or are physically damaged. In most cases if the drive is unopened we can recover data without voiding the manufactures warranty.

Most data recovery shops don’t specialize in solid state drives and are unable to recover data from Indilinx based drives. If a data recovery shop said your OCZ Vertex SSD is unrecoverable or is severely damaged give us a call. In most cases we are able to perform a full recovery.

OCZ Vertex SSD’s are designed to fail gracefully by locking themselves into read-only mode when the drive is nearing its end of life however firmware corruption, power loss, and wear damage can corrupt the OCZ Vertex’s data structures causing it to become unresponsive.

We are able to extract the raw data from the OCZ Vertex’s NAND chips, repair the damaged data structures and reassemble the data into a useable image.

We recommend using a courier service that includes a tracking number (UPS, FEDEX, etc).
